BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to support a Medical Devices Project on a hybrid basis in Porto. You will be the main contact for customers, handling product inquiries, orders, and account requests across phone, email, and chat, while delivering high-quality service.

Qualificações

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (C1) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required.
• Minimum 1 year in Customer Support.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented and proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, account requests, orders, deliveries, and service inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and support procedures while following company guidelines.
• Handle customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Accurately record interactions, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Deliver empathetic, customer-focused, and solution-oriented support at every interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet quality, productivity, service-level, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay informed about medical devices, company procedures, regulatory requirements and industry best practices through training.
