Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to support a Medical Devices Project. You will be the main contact for customers across phone, email and chat, handling product questions, orders and account requests while delivering high-quality service.

The role requires German and English proficiency, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and at least 1 year in customer support. You’ll work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with hybrid work options and relocation

Qualificações

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (C1) as required for customer support.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency for eligibility.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive mindset and eagerness to grow in CS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with product questions, orders, and account-related requests.
• Deliver accurate information about products, services and support procedures.
• Handle issues and escalate technical or complex cases when needed.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems accurately.
• Deliver empathetic, customer-focused and solution-oriented support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth experience.
• Meet quality, productivity, service-level and customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay informed about medical device products and regulatory requirements through training.
