Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team in Lisbon. You will deliver exceptional service, guiding guests through the menu with recommendations and ensuring a memorable dining experience that reflects our luxury standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in luxury hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (reading, writing, speaking).
Passion for guest interaction and anticipating guest needs.
EU passport or legal right to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and personalized food and beverage service to guests.
Guide guests through the menu with recommendations and answer questions about food, wine, and cocktails.
Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained throughout service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
Deliver a seamless dining experience reflecting Four Seasons standards.
Coordinate with kitchen for special requests and guest needs.
