Four Seasons Hotels Ltd in Lisbon seeks a dynamic Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional food and beverage service within our luxury hotel’s restaurant and outlets. You will guide guests through the menu, recommend wines and cocktails, and ensure every table is perfectly set and staffed to high standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Portuguese and English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive and personalized food and beverage service to guests.
• Confidently guiding guests through the menu and answering questions about food, wine, and cocktails.
• Ensuring tables are properly set up and maintained throughout service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Delivering a seamless dining experience reflecting Four Seasons standards.
• Anticipating guest needs and coordinating with the kitchen for special requests.
• Collaborating with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams for seamless service.
• Operating tea/coffee equipment and maintaining guest history records.
• Following all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Supporting service across various hotel outlets, events, and in-room dining.
