Job summary

Four Seasons Lisbon is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive excellence in service, knowledge, and guest engagement.

You will partner with leadership to develop menus, marketing strategies, and ensure financial success while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hospitality. Fluent Portuguese and English are required, with flexibility for shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Food & Beverage management experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Extensive restaurant leadership experience in luxury hotels or restaurant groups.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control expertise.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with ownership mindset.
• Creative mindset with focus on guest experiences and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of team management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing guest-centric team.
• Collaborate on menu development, marketing strategies, and addressing guest feedback to enhance the experience.
• Drive financial performance through forecasting, payroll, budgeting, and cost control.
• Control costs via scheduling, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Maintain high service standards and operational excellence across the restaurant.
