Four Seasons Lisbon is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead and train the restaurant team, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to cultural standards. You will coach staff, manage daily outlet operations, and maintain high quality in food and beverage offerings.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in restaurant management or supervisory roles, with strong Portuguese and English communication skills, and a university degree in hotel/restaurant management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, preferable in hotel and restaurant management.
• 1-2 years in restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, maintenance, merchandising and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
• Daily activities and planning for outlet operation; recognize teams and handle guest requests and concerns.
• Describe and ensure quality of all items, ingredients, and preparations; provide expert wine and spirits knowledge in an elegant environment.
