Four Seasons in Lisbon is seeking a dynamic Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. You will provide attentive, personalized service that reflects the hotel's luxury standards and guest expectations.

With a minimum of 1 year in a similar role within a high-end hotel or restaurant, you will guide guests through the menu, collaborate with kitchen and service colleagues, and uphold safety and hygiene protocols while delivering memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized food and beverage service.
• Confidently guide guests through the menu and wine/cocktail selections.
• Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained throughout service.
• Coordinate with kitchen for special requests and guest needs.
• Collaborate with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams.
• Operate tea/coffee equipment and maintain guest history records.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Assist with service across hotel outlets, events, and in-room dining.
