Four Seasons Lisbon is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead day-to-day operations at our iconic Lisbon property. You will supervise staff, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain cost controls while upholding the brand’s standards.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and verbal proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Bachelor degree in hospitality management or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in restaurant management and/or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of service standards, cost control, labor and inventory management.

• Select, train, and lead restaurant staff to meet standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints or special requests.
