Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring for a customer service role in Lisbon, Portugal, to assist Romanian-speaking customers and insurance brokers. You will handle inquiries in Romanian and English, explain policy terms, and guide clients through requests, including cancellations.

The position requires insurance customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in an international environment. On-site in Lisbon with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Romanian at C2 level and English at B2 level or above.
• Previous experience in insurance customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and professional attitude.

• Confidence using digital tools and multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Romanian and English via phone and email.
• Answer questions about insurance products, policy terms and coverage.
• Assist customers with policy cancellations and requests.
• Support insurance brokers by responding to enquiries and directing to information.
• Handle customer requests efficiently and provide solutions.
• Use digital tools and internal platforms to manage interactions.
• Follow procedures and maintain high customer service standards.
