The role requires Romanian (C2) and English (B2) with strong written and verbal communication skills; on-site work in central Lisbon with relocation support and paid training.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Romanian (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented and proactive approach to customer queries.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies.
• Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system.
• Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information.
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools.
• Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods.
• Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations.
• Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets.
