CloserHire is recruiting for a Romanian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a Portuguese insurance project in Lisbon. This on-site role offers full-time employment, initial paid training, and opportunities for growth within a multicultural team.

Strong Romanian and English language skills are required, along with a customer-service mindset and a proactive, solution-focused approach. Eligible candidates must be able to work in Portugal and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Romanian (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, diplomatic, and solution-oriented approach to handling customer queries.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive and motivated to maintain a high standard of performance.
• Eligible to work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies.
• Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system.
• Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information.
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools.
• Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods.
• Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations.
• Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets.
