You will manage inbound/outbound calls and emails, provide detailed product information, assist with policy changes, and support brokers. The role offers relocation assistance and a vibrant multicultural work environment in Europe’s capital.

• Experience as an insurance customer service representative.
• Fluent Romanian and English.
• Friendly and professional manner.
