Concentrix is seeking a Customer Representative (Portuguese-speaking) in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will manage booking activities, assist customers through calls and emails, and address inquiries regarding various services. Candidates must be fluent in European Portuguese and English, possess strong communication skills, and ideally have experience with GDS tools. The position offers competitive salary, performance bonuses, and career development programs in a central Lisbon location.

Qualificações

• High level of European Portuguese (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
• Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
• Previous experience with GDS tools such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred).
• Previous experience in customer service or as a tourism/travel representative.

Responsabilidades

• Be in charge of booking management (altering, canceling, or creating new reservations).
• Assist clients via inbound/outbound calls and email.
• Help clients with inquiries about Flight Club service, VIP service, and PRM.
• Deal with claims (strikes, lateness, cancellation, etc.).
• Provide real-time, accurate information that empowers customers to make decisions.
• Go beyond the customer’s service expectations.
• Listen to the customer’s unique situation.
