Job Description
Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On‑Site). You will ensure performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence, with high targets for quality, efficiency and customer journey improvement.

What You Will Do In This Role
- Be in charge of booking management (altering, canceling, or creating new reservations)
- Assist clients via inbound/outbound calls and email
- Help clients with inquiries about Flight Club service, VIP service, and PRM (personal reduced mobility)
- Deal with claims (strikes, lateness, cancellation, etc.)
- Provide real‑time, accurate information that empowers customers to make decisions
- Go beyond the customer’s service expectations so they remember and share their experience
- Listen to the customer’s unique situation and acknowledge their needs
Your Qualifications
- High level of European Portuguese (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Previous experience with GDS tools such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service or as a tourism/travel representative
