Qualificações

• High level of Portuguese (C2) and fluent English (B2).
• Previous customer experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills with a diplomatic stance.

Responsabilidades

• Receive telephone calls or chats from clients seeking information about their insurance policy.
• Process requests via transactions in the client policy administration system, and/or by writing and sending replies, documents, etc.
• Indexation and electronic archiving in document management tool.
