Customer Agent in Lisbon, Portugal (On‑Site) responsible for ensuring performance goals are met across all operations and fulfilling client expectations related to operational excellence: quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Be in charge of booking management (altering, cancelling, or creating new reservations)
• Assist clients via inbound/outbound calls and email
• Help clients with doubts about Flight Club service, VIP Service, and PRM (personal reduced mobility)
• Deal with claims (strikes, lateness, cancellation, etc.)
• Provide real‑time, accurate information that empowers customers to make decisions
• Go beyond customer service expectations to create memorable experiences
• Listen to customers’ unique situations and acknowledge their needs

Your Qualifications

• High level of Spanish (C1) and English (B2) – written and oral
• Ability to handle complex situations calmly and provide solutions
• Capacity to manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with GDS tools such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred)
• At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service as a Customer Advisor or travel representative
