Job summary

WW Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an English-speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative to join an international team. You will reach out to potential business clients, guide them through the sign-up process and build new opportunities.

The role is on-site, full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend shifts. Base salary is €1,000 gross per month (14-month pay), with total fixed €1,320.67 and a bonus up to €200.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
• Strong English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Proven track record in sales activities and meeting targets.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential business clients through outbound calls.
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Identify client needs and apply consultative selling techniques.
• Engage decision-makers and present relevant solutions.
• Guide prospects through the sign-up process.
• Manage leads and opportunities in a CRM.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
