The position offers a base salary of €1,000 gross/month, total fixed gross monthly compensation of €1,320.67, and a variable bonus of up to €200.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
- Proficient English level (C1/C2).
- Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM.
- Strong consultative selling and questioning skills.
- Good business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential business clients through outbound calls.
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Identify client needs through questions and consultative selling.
- Engage decision-makers and present relevant solutions.
- Guide potential clients through the sign-up process.
- Manage leads and opportunities through a CRM.
- Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline.
- Handle objections and support prospects during the sales process.
- Apply digital marketing knowledge to understand client objectives.
