Job summary

WW Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an English-speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative to join an international team. The role is on-site in Lisbon with a full-time schedule and weekend flexibility.

You will outbound-call potential business clients, qualify opportunities, and guide them through sign-up on the platform. Expect a base salary of €1,000 gross monthly (14-month basis) plus allowances and a performance bonus up to €200.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
• C1/C2 Level English.
• Previous sales experience with a proven track record.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and digital media.
• Strong consultative selling and questioning skills.
• Ability to identify business potential and engage decision-makers.
• Strong communication, pitching, and objection-handling skills.
• Good business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
