Job summary

WW Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an English-speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative to engage potential business clients through outbound calls and help them complete the sign-up process on our platform. This on-site role offers a full-time schedule, a base salary of €1,000 gross per month (plus allowances) with a monthly fixed total of €1,320.67 and a performance bonus up to €200.

You will develop new sales opportunities, manage a CRM-driven pipeline, and work toward team sales

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
• English level at least C1/C2.
• Previous sales experience with a proven track record.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and digital media.
• Strong consultative selling and questioning skills.
• Ability to identify business potential and engage decision-makers.
• Strong communication, pitching, and objection-handling skills.
• Good business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
