WW Talents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative to connect with potential clients and drive growth for a leading global online community platform. The role is on-site in Lisbon with a full-time schedule and a base salary of €1,000 gross per month plus allowances.

You will identify business needs, engage decision-makers, present digital solutions, handle objections, and generate new sales opportunities while contributing to a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
• English level C1/C2.
• Experience with CRM and building sales pipelines.
• Strong consultative selling and ability to engage decision-makers.

Responsabilités

• Contact potential business clients through outbound calls.
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Identify client needs through effective questioning and consultative selling.
• Engage with decision-makers and present relevant solutions.
