Best hire in Lisbon is hiring English AI Customer Advisors for an on-site role. You will handle inquiries about an AI product via phone, chat and email, assist with accounts, subscriptions and billing, and explain features to users.

training begins in October 2026. The team works in a fast-moving environment with opportunities to progress within a modern, multicultural office near public transport.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center, BPO, or similar.
• Fluent English at C1 level or above, written and spoken.
• Interest in AI/technology and comfortable using multiple tools.
• Based in Lisbon or Greater Lisbon area and able to commute daily.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries about the AI product via chat, email and phone in English.
• Troubleshoot account access, subscriptions, billing and technical issues.
• Explain AI features and best practices clearly to users.
• Collaborate with AI chatbots and take over escalations when needed.
• Log interactions in CRM systems accurately and flag issues.
