• Assist with billing, invoicing and account-access queries.
• Troubleshoot platform, product and technical issues.
• Guide customers on how to use products, features and services.
• Identify customer issues and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a tech-driven environment.
• Keep up to date with product developments and new features.
