RDN CONS is seeking English-speaking AI Customer Support Agents to join an international team in Lisbon, Portugal. This onsite role offers fully paid relocation and permanent accommodation, supporting a global company developing AI and Generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users on product features. The position requires fluent English and willingness to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience or knowledge in IT, technical support, technology or AI is valued.
• Candidates without direct AI experience may be considered if passionate about AI and tech.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers across multiple channels.
• Assist with billing, invoicing and account-access enquiries.
• Troubleshoot platform, product and technical issues.
• Guide customers on product features and services.
• Identify issues and provide clear solutions.
