Best Hire in Lisbon is hiring English AI Customer Advisors to join our on-site team. You’ll support users of a leading AI product, helping with account, subscription, billing and technical questions via phone, email and live chat.

Qualificações

• Mandatory customer service experience (call center, contact center, or BPO).
• Fluent English (C1 or above) written and spoken.
• Based in Lisbon or Greater Lisbon area and able to commute daily.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries about the AI product via chat, email and phone in English.
• Troubleshoot account access, subscription, billing and technical issues.
• Explain AI features in clear, simple terms.
• Work with AI chatbots and take over escalated conversations when needed.
• Log every interaction in the CRM/ticketing system.
• Flag bugs and feedback to product teams.
• Meet KPIs for FCR, AHT and CSAT.
• Follow GDPR and data protection guidelines.
