Glocal Tech Clientis is hiring an AI Customer Tech Advisor to join our growing customer support team in Lisbon. This role is ideal for an English-speaking tech support professional with hands-on experience in technical support and a passion for AI tools.

Based in or eligible to work in Portugal, you will provide first-line and escalated support for AI-powered products, troubleshoot issues, document FAQs, and maintain high CSAT and SLA scores. Immediate start offered.

Qualificações

• Proven prior experience in a technical support / tech support / IT helpdesk role.
• Fluent/native-level English (written and spoken) — C1 or higher.
• Valid work permit or legal right to work in Portugal.
• Based in or willing to relocate immediately to Lisbon.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line and escalated technical support to English-speaking customers via chat, email, and/or phone.
• Troubleshoot product issues related to AI-powered software, integrations, and platform functionality.
• Diagnose bugs, reproduce technical issues, and coordinate with Product/Engineering teams for resolution.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to the internal knowledge base and FAQs.
• Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and SLA compliance on all tickets.
• Educate customers on product features, workarounds, and best practices.
• Identify patterns in customer issues and flag product improvement opportunities.
