Speakitjobs in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) seeks a Technical Support Digital Ads specialist to support our client’s social media advertising products. You’ll receive training on cutting-edge technologies and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

You’ll work with internal teams to resolve issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and educate advertisers on product features and common questions. Fluency in Spanish (C1) and hands-on digital marketing experience with paid campaigns are required.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish (C1) speaking and writing.
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience with paid campaign management.
• Experience in a Contact Centre for Advertising Tech is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Familiar with social media products and basic digital advertising understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve user experience.
• Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support for advertiser products via email and chat.
• Collaborate with Product Operations & Engineering groups to resolve queries.
• Drive customer satisfaction metrics and provide updates across touchpoints.
• Maintain adherence to service levels and ensure productive case resolution.
• Educate advertisers on product features and common issues with internal specialists.

Conhecimentos
