You should be fluent in Spanish and have a degree in Marketing along with digital marketing experience. Qualificações

• Must be fluent, verbal and written in Spanish (C1).
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Service program for Advertising Tech company is required.
• Must have knowledge of digital advertising.

Responsabilidades

• Enhance service and improve user experience.
• Handle and resolve product troubleshooting and customer support.
• Collaborate to resolve technical and product queries.
• Ensure service quality through case journey.
• Educate advertisers on product features.

Conhecimentos

Fluent in Spanish (C1)

Experience in Digital Marketing

Experience on paid campaign management

Ability to work as a team member and independently

Fluent with social media products
