You’ll handle end-to-end troubleshooting, respond to inquiries via email and chat, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues while driving customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian (C1) and English (B2).
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory).
• Experience in a Contact Centre for an Advertising Tech company.

Responsabilidades

• Actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve user experience.
• Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support for client advertising products via email and chat.
• Collaborate with Product Operations & Eng to resolve queries.
• Drive customer satisfaction and provide regular updates across touchpoints.
• Ensure adherence to service levels and maintain productivity metrics.
• Educate advertisers on product features with in-house specialists.
