speakit in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Technical Support Digital Ads specialist to support client advertising on social media. This on-site role emphasizes troubleshooting, customer service, and collaboration with Product Operations & Eng teams.

You will receive comprehensive training, exposure to cutting-edge technologies, and ongoing leadership development opportunities, with internal promotions common within the company.

Qualificações

• Have experience in Digital Marketing (required).
• Have experience on paid campaign management (mandatory).
• Have experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Tech company.
• Are fluent, verbal and written in Brazilian (C1).
• Have the ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
• Are fluent with any social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve user experience.
• Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support for advertising products.
• Collaborate with in-house Product Operations & Eng groups to resolve queries.
• Drive customer satisfaction and monitor service levels across channels.
• Educate advertisers on product features and common issue types.
