Qualificações

• Czech language at C1/C2 level and English at B2.
• 0–1 year of experience in content moderation or related analytical role.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset, and client-support ability.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Assistance: Support customers through phone, chat, or email with questions about orders, products, payments, shipping, and returns.
• Order Support: Guide customers throughout the purchasing process, including placing orders, tracking shipments, and post-purchase assistance.
• Problem Resolution: Identify customer concerns and provide efficient solutions while maintaining a positive experience.
• Product Information: Offer clear guidance on product details, availability, and current promotions.
• Case Handling: Escalate complex situations when needed while ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
