Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist in Lisbon to support Czech-speaking customers with online purchases, payments, deliveries, and returns, ensuring a smooth shopping experience and high service standards. The role requires Czech language at C1/C2 and English at B2, 0–1 year of related experience, and EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.

Onsite in Lisbon with bonuses, transport allowance, and meal support.

Qualificações

• Czech language proficiency at a high level (C1/C2).
• English proficiency at least B2.
• 0–1 year of customer support or related analytical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers via phone, chat, or email with orders, payments, shipping, and returns.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and post-purchase support.
• Resolve issues promptly with a professional and positive approach.
