Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Czech Content Moderator to join our international team. In this role you will review user-generated content to ensure compliance with policies while maintaining a safe, respectful online space for communities across platforms.

Requirements include Czech language at C1/C2 and English at B2, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and 0–1 year of moderation or analytics experience.

Responsabilidades

• Content Review: assess user-generated content for compliance with guidelines and regulations.
• Fair Moderation: apply policies consistently and impartially.

• Policy Compliance: follow established moderation procedures and stay updated on changes.
• Escalation Handling: identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate appropriately.
• Ongoing Learning: keep up-to-date with policy, platform developments, and best practices.
