Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a Czech-speaking Customer Service Representative to join its international team. You will provide high-quality support to customers of a leading e-commerce platform, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver excellent service while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach. Rotational shifts including weekends are required.

Qualificações

• Fluent Czech and good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
