Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a customer service specialist to support airline customers by phone, delivering a high-quality experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role requires fluent Spanish (C1) and English (B2) with strong communication and empathy.

The position is on-site in Lisbon, with rotating shifts between 08:00 and 21:00. A welcome bonus and monthly performance bonus support new hires as they settle in.

• Previous customer service experience (required)
• Proven experience handling high-volume calls
