Cross Border Talents is seeking a Spanish & English Customer Service Representative to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support customers via calls, emails and chat, handle inquiries and complaints, and manage bookings and tickets with a focus on accuracy and empathy.

The role requires 6 months of contact centre experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and flexibility for rotating shifts; travel or tourism background is a plus and knowledge of Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo is preferred.

Qualificações

• 6 months minimum contact centre experience is required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in tourism or travel is an advantage.
• Experience with Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo is preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via calls, emails and chat.
• Handle information and sales inquiries, as well as complaints.
• Manage sensitive and escalated customer cases.
• Create, modify and cancel customer bookings.
• Support ticket issuance, modifications and cancellations.
• Provide accurate, real-time information to customers.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and tailored solutions.
