WW Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an English-speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative to join an international team. The role is on-site in Lisbon, full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend shifts.

Base salary is €1,000 gross per month, plus allowances totaling €1,320.67, and a performance-based bonus up to €200. You will reach out to potential business clients, guide them through sign-up, and generate sales opportunities while meeting individual and team targets

Qualificações

• 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
• C1/C2 level English.
• Proven sales track record.
• Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• CRM pipeline management and opportunity tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Contact potential business clients through outbound calls.
• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Identify client needs through questioning and consultative selling.
• Engage with decision-makers and present relevant solutions.
• Guide potential clients through the sign-up process.
• Manage leads and opportunities through a CRM.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Handle objections and support prospects through the sales process.
• Apply digital marketing knowledge to understand client objectives.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.
