WW Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an English-speaking B2B Outbound Sales Representative to connect with potential business clients through outbound calls and guide them through sign-up. The role is on-site, full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend shifts.

Base salary is €1,000 gross per month, plus allowances totaling €1,320.67, and a performance bonus of up to €200. You will develop new sales opportunities, manage a CRM pipeline, and work in an international team

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B or outbound sales.
• English level: C1/C2.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Experience with cold calls and outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM.
• Understanding of digital marketing and digital media.
• Strong consultative selling and questioning skills.
• Ability to engage decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, pitching, and objection-handling skills.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Comfortable in a target-driven environment.
