Job summary

Cross Border Talents Academy in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring English-speaking Sales Developers to drive outbound outreach, onboard new clients, and build strong relationships with business buyers on-site.

The 12‑month contract may extend, with potential for a permanent role after two years. The total monthly package is up to €1,547.33 gross, plus a performance bonus of up to €320, and training conducted entirely in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential business clients through outbound calls.
• Support new clients throughout the sign-up process.
• Build strong client relationships and identify business opportunities.
• Use consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and overcome objections.
• Present sales solutions to business decision-makers.
