Cbtalents is seeking an English-speaking Technical Customer Support Representative to join our customer support team in Lisbon, Portugal. This on-site role suits candidates with a passion for technology and AI who enjoy helping users solve problems.

You will assist customers with technical questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and explain solutions clearly. Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, five days a week, with two rotating days off.

Qualificações

• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in customer support or tech support is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Comfortable working on-site in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with technical and product-related questions.
