CBTalents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking Technical Customer Support Representative to join our customer support team on-site. You will assist customers with technical and product questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and explain complex concepts clearly, with rotating shifts 07:00–22:00.
Fresh graduates are welcome; relocation is not provided. You must be based in Portugal or able to relocate independently, as this is an on-site role in Lisbon.
Qualificações
- Excellent command of English.
- Experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, IT Support, or related fields is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools.
- Genuine interest in technology and AI.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work rotating shifts.
- Able to work on-site in Lisbon.
- Based in Portugal or able to relocate independently; relocation assistance not provided.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technology are welcome.
