Job summary

Amazonia Bio in Cascais is seeking an ambitious Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team. You will identify new business opportunities, prospect potential B2B clients, and qualify leads for senior sales staff in a fast-growing, sustainability-driven scale-up.

You will manage outbound outreach, maintain CRM records in Odoo/Asana, and coordinate meetings with international clients. Fluency in English and a passion for organic ingredients are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Growth mindset, energy, and eagerness to learn in a fast-growing scale-up.
• Outbound sales drive: comfortable with cold outreach and engaging decision-makers.
• Proficient data discipline: CRM usage, daily reporting, KPI tracking.
• Advanced English required for international client interactions.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• 6 months to 2 years of B2B sales or telesales experience (internships included).
• Interest in food ingredients, organic products, or agro-industry sectors.
• Experience with CRMs or project tools (Odoo, Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting to identify potential B2B clients across international markets (Europe-focused).
• Lead Generation & Outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn to build a pipeline.
• Lead Qualification via discovery conversations based on needs, budget, and fit.
• Pipeline Management with up-to-date records in CRM and project tools.
• Meeting Scheduling for Senior Sales Executives/Managers.
• Market Research to monitor trends and map key players.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with marketing and operations for onboarding.
