You will perform cold calls and email outreach, guide clients through onboarding, and manage a growing pipeline to meet monthly goals. A full paid training program accompanies a renewable full-time contract and monthly bonuses.

Qualificações

• Fluent English required (C1/C2 or native).
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate to Lisbon (EU work permit).
• No prior sales experience needed; full paid training provided.
• Strong communication and outbound mindset.

Job Description

Are you passionate about digital marketing, social media, and sales? We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a global customer experience leader in Lisbon.

In this role, you will help businesses grow by identifying potential partners, engaging decision-makers, and presenting tailored digital advertising and community engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales activities (cold calling, email outreach) to reach new potential business clients.
• Guide potential clients through finalizing their sign-up and onboarding process.
• Understand client needs, present strategic solutions, and effectively handle objections.
• Manage and pipeline prospective accounts to meet monthly goals.

Key Requirements

• Language Skills: C1/C2 or Native Level in English (fluent spoken & written).
• Location: Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (EU Work Authorization required).
• Skills: Strong communication, consultative selling approach, and basic understanding of digital marketing/social media platforms.
• Mindset: Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable making outbound calls.
• No prior sales experience required; full paid training is provided!
