Job summary

BlueView Talent in Porto is seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable / O2C Specialist to support daily finance tasks, including invoice processing, payment allocation, and updating customer accounts. You will gain hands-on experience in order-to-cash operations within an international team.

Ideal candidates are fluent in French and English, hold a related degree, and bring at least 6 months AR/O2C exposure. This hybrid role offers development in finance systems, KPIs to drive performance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 6 months+ experience in AR/O2C/Finance Operations.
• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (C1).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and allocate payments.
• Update customer accounts and records.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on payments.
• Assist with account reconciliations and billing discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy in financial documentation and systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams on payment and account queries.
• Meet KPIs for accuracy, productivity, and processing times.
• Participate in training to deepen O2C knowledge.
