BlueView Talent is seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable / O2C Specialist in Porto, Portugal. You will support daily finance activities, including invoice processing, payment allocation, and updating customer accounts, while collaborating with experienced colleagues to ensure accurate processing and efficient management of accounts receivable.

Qualifications

• 6 months of AR/O2C or Finance Operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support invoice processing, payment allocation, and customer account updates.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-ups.
• Review financial documents and verify customer account information.
• Assist with account reconciliations and investigate basic billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and account-related queries.
• Follow established financial procedures, internal controls, and quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies and elevate complex cases to senior colleagues.
• Meet KPIs related to accuracy, productivity, processing times, and quality.
• Participate in training to develop knowledge of finance systems and O2C processes.
