Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable / O2C Specialist in Porto to support daily finance activities, including invoice processing, payment allocations, and account updates. You will work with experienced colleagues to ensure accurate processing of transactions and efficient customer account management.

The role offers exposure to order-to-cash operations, KPI-driven performance, and opportunities to grow in a finance-focused team within an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of AR/O2C or Finance Operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Support invoice processing and payment allocation.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with follow-ups.
• Update customer accounts and verify information.
• Assist with reconciliations and basic billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams on payment queries.
• Follow established procedures and internal controls.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate complex cases.
• Meet KPIs for accuracy, productivity, processing times, quality.
• Participate in training to learn O2C processes.
