Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable / O2C Specialist to support daily finance activities, including invoice processing, payment allocation, and account updates. You will work with an international team to ensure accurate processing and efficient management of customer accounts.

You will develop your analytical, creative, and communication skills while meeting KPIs and benefiting from a hybrid work arrangement, relocation assistance, and language bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (C1)
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency
• Minimum 6 months in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance Operations
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and allocate payments
• Update customer accounts and reconcile entries
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with follow-ups
• Review documents and verify customer information
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment questions
• Meet KPIs related to accuracy, productivity, and processing times
• Participate in training to learn finance systems and O2C processes
