Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Junior Accounts Receivable / O2C Specialist to support daily finance activities including invoice processing, payment allocation, and account updates. You will work with experienced colleagues to ensure accurate processing and efficient customer account management.

The role requires 6 months in AR/O2C or finance operations, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and fluency in French and English. EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or finance operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Support invoice processing, payment allocation, and customer account updates.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-ups.
• Review financial documents and verify customer account information.
• Assist with account reconciliations and investigate basic billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update information in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and account-related queries.
• Follow established financial procedures and internal controls.
