IT HOUSE is seeking a Process Specialist to advance the ITSM system across the organization, under ITIL guidance. You will analyze processes, set KPIs, and support business units in Enterprise Service Management while training users on the ESM application.

The role requires strong communication, an independent approach, and English proficiency. Hybrid Porto work model and direct integration into the end client's organization are offered.

Qualificações

• Experience in service management with ITSM processes.
• Certification in ITIL or a similar ITSM framework preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently with good English.

Responsabilidades

• Actively develop and further improve the ITSM system based on ITIL.
• Continuously improve ITSM processes and service quality using KPIs.
• Support and advise business units in the Enterprise Service Management environment.
• Ensure optimal support for ITSM processes through the ESM application.
• Train users on ITSM processes and the ESM application.
• Work closely with other process owners; act independently and proactively.
