Siemens in Portugal's Tech Hub is seeking IT professionals to join a global engineering leader. You will provide Level 1–2 help desk support for incidents, monitor the IT production environment, and contribute to documentation and requirements gathering.

The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned operations, collaboration with international teams and external partners, and ongoing improvement. A degree in CS/IS, strong English, and 5–7 years in IT projects with banking knowledge are expected.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or BIS (or equivalent)
• 5–7 years IT project experience, esp. global banking/treasury systems
• Experience in international/virtual teams and with external partners
• ITIL experience or certification desired
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent customer orientation and communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1–2 help desk support for IT incidents and requests
• Monitor IT production environment according to KPIs
• Contribute to application documentation
• Collect and scrutinise business requirements
• Design IT solutions aligned to business processes and architecture
• Conduct functional tests during development and before launch
• Engage in continuous improvement within the Solution Expert Chapter
• Optimize existing solutions and processes while meeting SLAs and security requirements
• Provide end-user trainings
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
